In four years you will have completed 200 hours of flight training and specialized instruction that will prepare you for one of the most exciting professions, with great international projection.

21st Century Academic Quality
The School of Engineering at Universidad Europea de Madrid has been a pioneer in adapting its programs to the new European Higher Education Area framework. Its learning approach is based on active methodologies, with the support of technological tools that allow you to obtain the maximum benefit from both campus-based classes and individual study.
This Bachelor’s Degree places great importance on the relationship between the professor and student. As a result, 50% of the time you devote to each course will take place in the classroom under the supervision of a professor, while the other 50% will be devoted to individual study. You will have the ongoing support of your professor, who will follow-up on you through individual advising sessions and online via the “Campus Virtual”.
The practice flying sessions start in your second year and are done on an individual basis. The first part includes flight preparation, training, and follow-up debriefing sessions.
Assessment will be academic: half the course is assessed through examinations – a minimum of two per semester; the other half will be evaluated through ongoing assessment based on different activities resulting from the active methodologies applied.
Finally, you will be eligible to take the official AESA exams to obtain your Commercial Pilot’s License.

The curriculum is designed so that you may choose to do your internship abroad during your last semester, if you wish.

- Certificados médicos: En todo caso los alumnos deberán aportar el certificado médico que sea preceptivo para poder obtener el título y la licencia de piloto de avión comercial y deberán conservarlo en vigor durante toda la vigencia del Year, renovándolo anualmente.
- El uso del uniforme es obligatorio para cualquier actividad en las instalaciones de Gestair Flying Academy
- A partir del 2º semestre del 2º Year, por razones meteorológicas, podrán tener lugar las prácticas de vuelo en días festivos, en fines de semana y durante los meses de verano, por lo que el alumno deberá tener la disponibilidad requerida a dichos efectos”.
