You can choose from three branches of specialized instruction:

Our teaching methodology is based on individual programs centered on student development that are taught by a faculty of teachers that includes a balance of prestigious, highly-qualified professors and researchers with renowned professionals. These well-known individuals include:
- Alejandro Lucía and Margarita Pérez, two of the most highly recognized professionals in our country in the field of Sports Physiology, both recipients of the National Sports Medicine Award.
- Alfonso Jiménez, Chairman of the Standards Council for the European Health & Fitness Association, and Scientific Director of the “Gana Salud” Forum
- Carlos Muniesa, rowing champion.
- Ángel Manzano, Real Madrid’s basketball trainer.
- Juan Carlos Álvarez, The National Team Coach for the long jump, Spanish champion in hammer throw, Coach to Joan Lino, and Olympic long jump medalist.
- Jordi Álvaro, former handball player and athletic trainer for the Madrid Handball Team.
- Rosa Bielsa, member of the Women’s Tennis Federation Cup Team.
- Jesús Oliván, Olympic athlete in the long jump.
- Antonio Rivero, Spanish Champion in 400 meter hurdles.

Universidad Europea de Madrid offers you the possibility of spending a semester at prestigious universities such as Arizona State University, Staffordshire University, or San Diego State University, without any additional cost.
You may also participate in Sports Clinics in the U.S. during the summer months, where you will be able to work while practicing your English.
In addition, you should take into account the on-going organization of events on your University Campus: international conferences performed by prominent professionals in this field, international Sports Clinics, the International Sports Science Congress, and many other activities.

Sports is a key economic activity within Spanish society and there are multiple attractive professional options in this career, such as: sports company manager, director of sports facilities, physical trainer for sports clubs, physical education teacher, sports authority for municipalities, coordinator of sports coaches, trainer and coach, personal trainer, etc.
You can follow the steps of alumni from Universidad Europea de Madrid for a successful career, like Liverpool’s current physical trainer (Paco de Miguel), the world paddle champion and manager of one of the most exclusive clubs in Spain (Carolina Navarro), the manager of a chain of fitness clubs Holmes Place (Jorge Ortega), or Chema Martínez, the most successful Spanish marathon runner.

If your vocation is in sports and you want to make it a career, this degree is designed specifically for you. You can pursue this degree from any of the following options: High School Diploma; Vocational Education and Training in Physical Activity and Sports; some of the other Graduate Degree programs; Professional Level III Module for Physical Activity and Recreational Sports; other Graduate Degrees; via entrance exams for students over 25 years of age; or from other university degrees.
If you are already a grade school Physical Education teacher, you will immediately join the upper division courses of the degree.
