As of 2009, all professionals who wish to become qualified as professors in Secondary Education, at High School level and Career and Technical Education, or in Language Schools, Sports or Art Centers, must possess a Master’s Degree that accredits them to hold such a position, as established by Parliamentary Law governing Education dated May 3, 2006.
