For Building Surveyors: 276 ECTS Credits (Bachelor’s Degree in Foundations of Architecture: 216 ECTS + Master’s Degree in Architecture: 60 ECTS Credits)
For Building Engineers: 264 ECTS Credits (Bachelor’s Degree in Foundations of Architecture: 204 ECTS + Master’s Degree in Architecture: 60 ECTS Credits)
The Concurrent Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Architecture will qualify you to practice the regulated profession of Architect according to the Agreement of the Council of Ministers dated July 23 2010. Class schedules for this program are compatible with your professional working hours. It is specially designed for Building Surveyors and Building Engineers who may gain access to the profession of Architect thanks to flexible teaching hours and the recognition of credits for professional experience under Royal Decree 861/2010 dated July 2.
The Program has a length of 4 years and the last semester is reserved for the graduation project.
Campus-based classes are taught on an intensive basis on Fridays and Saturdays. At all times students have the continuous support of faculty via our online platform.
To be accepted to the Concurrent Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Architecture (compatible with working hours) the student must hold a degree as Building Surveyor or Building Engineer, both current and obtained in Spain. It is advisable to have some work experience in the field of construction, although it is not essential.
