The Double Degree in Aerospace Engineering + Business Management and Entrepreneurship will ensure that you achieve much more ambitious professional objectives, as businesses are looking for engineers who are able to perform in fields closely tied to management from the first day they enter the job market.
By the end of your fourth year, you will have acquired all the competences of a Technical Aeronautical Engineer, and after only one year and a half more, you will also have a full set of business management skills as a graduate in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. You may then choose to continue your studies by enrolling in a Master’s Degree in order to obtain the skills required to become an Aeronautical Engineer, or enrich your business training for a successful career as a manager.
This double degree program will be taught in English, as aerospace engineers work at an international level. However, in order to provide a smooth transition to university studies, the first year will be taught almost entirely in Spanish, and students can choose to take special English courses (at UEM) that will enable them to continue studying in English without difficulties.

21st Century Academic Quality
The School of Engineering at Universidad Europea de Madrid is a pioneer in the adaptation of engineering degree programs to the new European Higher Education Area. Our teaching methodology in engineering is based on active learning methods, supported by online tools to ensure optimum performance from our students, both in campus-based classes and on an individual basis.
This Double Degree places special emphasis on the relationship between the professor and the student. As a result, 50% of the time dedicated to each course will be spent in the classroom under the supervision of a professor, while the remaining 50% will consist of individual self-study, with the continuous support of professors who provide both individual face-to-face advising sessions and online tools via the Online Campus.
Our grading system is based on educational assessment methods: approximately half of the courses are assessed through examinations - at least two during each semester – and the other half by ongoing assessment of the various activities that arise from the applied active methodologies.

An International Perspective
Aerospace engineers work all over the world, which is why the courses for this double degree program are taught in English. This will ensure that you have the opportunity to work at the highest level in any country around the globe.
Our curriculum is designed so that you may choose to do your internship abroad, if you wish, during your last semester. If not, you may choose specific required elective courses during your entire last academic year.
During your third year, you may also benefit from studying one or two semesters at one of the foreign universities with which our institution has an Erasmus agreement.

Graduate profile on concluding your studies
On completion of your Double Degree in Aerospace Engineering and Business Management and Entrepreneurship, you will be ready to take on the duties of an aeronautical engineering with sufficient training to hold positions in business management in any company in the field, at both a national and international level.
Our curricular design will enable you direct access to a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, which will allow you to achieve professional certification as an MSC.
