The Double Degree in Journalism and Economics is an innovative degree of reference both nationally and internationally. It offers training of the highest quality to prepare students to meet the challenges facing leaders in the specialized fi eld of economic information and media, and understand their increasing relevance in a world which is becoming more complex every day. In five academic years you will obtain two degrees: A Bachelor of Journalism and Bachelor of Economics.

In addition, this student possesses a creative and expressive component that is able to flourish not only in written and spoken language, but above all, in visual language, through the use of new mediums and social networks. International Perspective
As a student at Universidad Europea de Madrid’s School of Arts and Communication, you will have the chance to spend a semester or academic year abroad at a European university, thanks to the Erasmus agreements our School has with various higher education institutions.

Upon completion of this Double Degree you will have gained professional communication experience in the use of different channels and will possess solid technological and practical training. You will be highly qualified to successfully embark upon your professional career with a holistic, multidisciplinary portfolio of your projects that will assist you in your entry into the job market. You will be a creative and competent journalist as well as a versatile producer, able to plan and manage all types of information. Your education will include extensive knowledge of politics, economics, finance, banking and international leadership. You will be able to communicate in various languages and share your knowledge with various cultures. You will be a professional equipped to stand alongside the global economic leaders of the coming decades and work as a Journalist or Media Manager for companies or organizations.
