Student Admissions Profile

You may be accepted into this Bachelor’s Degree if you have passed the University Entrance Tests, or if you have fulfilled Advanced Vocational Education and Training related to the legal world – administration, finance, or legal affairs - in which case courses taken may be recognized depending on your knowledge on the subject. You may also enroll in the Law Degree Program as a transfer from other university Degree Programs, by means of the Entrance Tests for students over 25 years of age, or for those over 40 (accrediting your working and professional experience).

The Area of Law within the School of Social Sciences has created a web page for virtual consultations called the LEGAL CLINIC, where Law students, under the supervision of professors in the area, can provide solutions to the multiple legal issues presented by other students at Universidad Europea de Madrid. At the School of Social Sciences, in collaboration with the School of Health Sciences, we provide you with the best infrastructures for your training, including: an Anatomy laboratory, a Biomedicine, Biochemistry and Genetics laboratory, a Cellular Biology laboratory, Physiology laboratory and a Pathological Anatomy and Histology laboratory.

We also have a mock court room available where we organize and hold mock trials so that you can learn to feel at home in an atmosphere comparable to the one you will find in the real-life practice of procedural law.

Professional connections are guaranteed by means of the Legal Practice Workshops. These workshops were created with a comprehensive commitment to knowledge through courses applied to the real practice of Law, in which practical cases are studied based on interdisciplinary issues.

In the second semester of your fourth year, you will be required to present a Graduation Project, which will consist in preparing a real trial, including drafting forensic reports.

The teaching methodologies used in this Degree Program will guarantee you total interaction with the professional world from day one. This is why we offer a fundamentally practical curriculum, which includes courses such as Criminal Workshops, focused on the discovery and scientific proof of alleged criminal acts and the parties who commit them. You will also learn how to apply analyses and crime research techniques or techniques of interest in police investigations.

In order to facilitate your incorporation into the job market, you will carry out a series of professional internships, during which you will acquire the necessary skills for the proper performance of your profession.

Having completed the four years of the Bachelor’s Degree in a satisfactory manner, you will have solid legal training that will allow you to competently interpret, handle, and draft all types of legal texts in accordance with the sources and general principles of law. You will know how to use new technologies and have the ability to perform critical reasoning and to legally present arguments and convince, which will allow you to offer solutions adapted to each real situation at both the national and international level.
