For international students; once you have been accepted into one of the exchange programs (Garcilaso, Visitor, Bilateral, or Double Degree) there are several simple instructions to follow to make your enrollment process run as smoothly as possible.
- Arrival date: It is recommended that students plan on arriving at the university two weeks before the start date of classes (this year classes start on the 10th of September so we will be attending to incoming students starting in the last week of August)
- Placement: Students should make their way to the room set up for the enrollment of international students in Building A, ground floor, and they should bring with them the following documentation:
- Basic Exchange - Garcilaso: Two photographs, photocopy of your passport
- Double Degree: Three photographs, photocopy of your passport and copy of academic record (transcript, grade summary...)
- Bilateral and Visitor: Two photographs, photocopy of your passport and previously required documentation
- At this time you will be given your schedule, your university ID card, and your username and password for use in accessing campus computers, e-mail and the online campus.
- The password for use with campus computers becomes effective in a couple of days.
- E-mail and access to the online campus will become available approximately two weeks after enrollment has been completed.
- Changes to enrollment: Students have a period of two weeks in which to modify their enrollment. This time period has been established to give students an opportunity to go to each of their classes before making a final decision on what courses take. To make changes, students must fill out and sign a General Request form that the International Relations team will provide. All fields must be properly filled out: name of course, course code and group. For Garcilaso students an authorization from their university of origin is also required to complete this process.
- The Enrollment Services Office is open from: 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday
