Parent and Baby Swimming

For children between 18 months and 3 years old

The objective is for parents and children to be able to enjoy the water thereby strengthening their emotional relationship while children enjoy the benefits a harmonic and integrated development. During these activities, aspects such as familiarization, emotions and recreation play a very important role

Swimming for Children

From 3 to 15 years old

The swimming program that we employ is basically of an educational and practical nature. Apart from learning to swim, its aim is to show children to learn how to use the water to help their development, both in the area of motor skills as well as at a cognitive and emotional level.

Swimming for Adults

As of 16 years old

Different methods and levels form part of this program:

  • Fitness: through swimming you can boost your health, avoid and prevent injuries, and above all, enjoy yourself  
  • Technique and style: perfect all swimming styles
  • Therapeutic swimming: we program your training in order to improve your physical performance including aerobic and anaerobic resistance in the water.
  • Swimming for future mothers: exercise is more necessary than ever during pregnancy, in order to eliminate liquids and prepare the muscles for birth. Swimming is, without a doubt, the best option.
