Universidad Europea de Madrid organizes a month dedicated to arts and communication

School of Art and Communication

More than forty activities related to art, design and communication have been scheduled for the month; activities featuring the support of many prestigious professionals in the sector.

Together all of these activities form a part of the official presentation of the new School of Arts and Communication, planned for sometime around the middle of April.

Yesterday Universidad Europea de Madrid kicked off a month dedicated to Arts and Communication, with more than forty scheduled activities and the support of prestigious professionals in the sector. These events will serve as a prelude to the presentation of the School of Arts and Communication*, previously known as the School of Communication and Humanities, which will take place halfway through the month of April. The School of Arts and Communication represents a new concept for a School where creativity will be intrinsically linked to every aspect of the School.

Monday was the first day of the III Annual Arts Week, organized by the Academic Area of Art and Design, Universidad Europea de Madrid, the event will close on Friday, March 5 th. Maider López, Domingo Mestre and Santiago Olmo are only a few of the names participating in this event; they will be on hand to bring the reality of the professional working world closer to students.

This same concept will then be applied to Communications Week and Design Week, which will take place starting on March 8th and 15th respectively. These conferences will bring together some of most important experts and name brands in the worlds of journalism, publicity, design and animation.

All of these activities will serve as a prelude to the presentation of a new concept for a School: The School of Arts and Communication* Universidad Europea de Madrid. Previously known as the School of Communication and Humanities, the new School will have its public unveiling halfway through the month of April in one final week where creativity will be the central theme of the programmed activities.
