You can request the following academic certificates:

• General Certificate

A document which certifies that you are matriculated at the UEM.

• Personal Academic Certificate

A grades certificate, showing your full academic record.

• Certificate of university access tests for students over the age of 25

Certificate of grades obtained in the access test carried out at the UEM.

• Academic insurance

Certificate of payment of academic insurance.

Choose the most appropriate method for your request:

• Application by Internet
• Hand in your application in the Student Attention Area
• Sending your application by fax to the Dean’s Office: 912 115 234

In the two latter cases, you will need:

• A completed and signed application form
• A payment slip showing the pertinent payment into the Banco Santander account
