Exams
From the time you begin your studies, you have a maximum number of 4 exams per subject. However, you can also take part in the following extraordinary exams:
Extraordinary December Exams
For those of you who have a maximum of 2 core or compulsory subjects left to complete the degree.
5th and 6th exams
Students who take part in all four ordinary exam sessions but do not manage to pass the subject, are entitled to request 2 extraordinary exams.
7th exam
If students still fail to pass the subject after having taken the 5th and 6th exams, the Rector, at the behest of the Dean of the Faculty or Director of the School, and having heard the Board of Governors of the University, shall be entitled to authorise the granting of an extraordinary grace exam session.
NB
Once these exam sessions are concluded without success, your studies will be terminated; you will have one – single – opportunity to start other studies in the European University of Madrid.
Extraordinary exams can be requested directly when matriculating by Internet. Once a decision has been taken, you will be sent a response through your student e-mail.
