My first UEM CV

At Universidad Europea de Madrid you have the opportunity to benefit from a holistic, international university education that will bring you closer to the job market from the day you start your studies. We believe it is fundamental to begin building your Curriculum Vitae (CV) the moment you enroll at UEM, regardless of how much professional experience you have.

Your CV will be your “business card”:

  • You will send it to companies with the objective of sparking their interest in meeting you in a personal interview.
  • Or you may want to send it to possible investors if what you need is funding to start your own business or innovative research project.

Of course, at UEM we will help you create and enrich your CV; however we need you to start it with the information available at the moment so that later you may:

  • Save your CV in electronic format and continuously update it throughout your studies.
  • Send your CV in electronic format to: micvuem@uem.es. Put your Last name, First name in the “subject” line.

I am a student WITH professional experience:

If you have prior professional experience, it is very likely that you already have a CV that you have sent to companies to be considered in their selection processes.
You can work on the CV you have already prepared, or start over using the internationally standardized CV--Europass. Remember, you don’t have to be actively looking for a job to keep your “business card” up-to-date.
