A unique advantage which the University offers you is that you can enjoy a series of discounts in the Opening of Academic Record and Reserving of Place
Discounts for new students*
- If you have a brother or sister matriculated for any degree at the UEM
- Opening of academic record 50%
- Reserving of place 50%
- If you belong to a Large family (This condition is evidenced using the Large Family Record (Libro de Familia Numerosa), which must be valid at the time you apply for entrance)
- Opening of academic record 30%
- If your record shows an average of 8 or over for the present academic year
- Opening of academic record 50%
- If you have carried out the over-25s access test with us and the preparatory course
- Entrance Test 100%
- Opening of academic record 100%
*These subsidies are cumulative provided that they do not exceed the total amount for the Opening of Academic Record.
Discount for former students
- If you are a former student and you are going to study another degree, whether it is a Diploma or a longer Degree course including Technical Engineering, Architecture, and Higher Engineering
- Opening of academic record 100%
- 10% discount on university fees*
*Non-cumulative discount. In the Health Sciences area, this discount on fees shall only be applicable to Diplomas.
