They are required to act in accordance with the principles of impartiality, objectivity, swiftness, rigor and courtesy. In carrying out their duties, the Ombudsman may request information and collaboration from different areas of the university. The Ombudsman’s suggestions and proposals for change are intended to enhance the quality of Universidad Europea de Madrid.
