The Master’s Degree in Dental Pediatrics provides students with the knowledge required to assess, plan and perform comprehensive dental treatments on children. Students will instruct both children and their parents in methods for the maintenance and conservation of good oral health. In addition, clinical practicums on preventive and interceptive children’s dentistry will be carried out throughout the program.
The Master’s Degree in Dental Pediatrics is the only Master’s program that integrates the management and treatment of the child who is medically at risk and mentally and/or physically disabled, together with other pediatric patients from a very early age.
As a priority, this Master’s Degree has a career- and research-oriented approach. In addition, the Master’s Degree student will be able to take part in teaching activities at the Dental Pediatrics Department at Universidad Europea de Madrid. All this will enable the student to subsequently carry out their doctoral dissertation.
