PhD in Biomedicine and Health Sciences

  1. To be admitted to a PhD program at the pre-dissertation stage, the same conditions apply as for admission into accredited Master's Degree programs. (Article 16 of R.D. 1393/2007).

The PhD in Biomedicine and Health Sciences makes up part of the research period required to obtain a PhD. The University's Master's Degree programs that make you eligible for admission into the PhD program are:

  • Master's Degree in Health Care Law (pending approval)
  • Master's Degree in Injury Assessment, Brain Damage and Disabilities (pending approval)
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (pending approval)
  • Master's Degree in Eating Disorders and Obesity (pending approval)
  1. To be admitted to the PhD Program at the dissertation stage, students are required to have earned an accredited Master's Degree, or other similar-level degree issued by a higher education academic institution within the European Higher Education Area.
